Our office policy has always been to work with every patient, and provide them with a warm and welcoming environment where they will receive the highest quality of care.


Once you make an appointment at our office, that time is exclusively reserved for you. If, for some reason, you are no longer able to make your appointment, please call our office within 24-hours before your set appointment to reschedule.


If you have dental insurance, please bring your current information with you to your first appointment. Our staff will file any claims that need to be made, and work to get you the maximum amount of benefits allowed by your plan.



Payment is due at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made. This includes any co-payment or deductibles (balance not paid by your insurance).

For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, Amex, MasterCard, and Discover.
